Customer Reviews

Works well
Regular cloth pot holders were fine, but these (ya gotta buy two) are perfect for use with Mario's 6-qt Italian essentials pot. They grip really well and are easily cleaned. I have not oven tested them, but have left them on the pot while cooking on the stove top. Description says heat proof to 500 degrees. I purchased a contrasting color from the pot, just for visibility purposes.

Stupid retailing and shipping
This product is okay, it doesn't look that good and I end up using my handy, dandy neoprene potholders anyway. I was glad to have read reviews stating that these sell individually and not in pairs (how stupid is that?), so I ordered two through Amazon.

One arrived with an invoice that the other had been backordered. This tiny rubber item was sent in a large box with a lot of packing. I held onto everything, in case I needed to return it. A month later the other arrives in a larger box with more packing. How asinine.

Works great
The description says Pot GRIP - not grips. I don't think it's deceiving. It was very clear to me there was only one, the low price is a good hint. Anyway, the review... They work great. They are so shallow, I was afraid they would slip off the pot handles but the silicone is tacky and they stay on great, protect your digits and do exactly what they are supposed to. They work perfectly. I couldn't be happier with a $4. item. (they're pretty cute too :-)
