The Theracane is by FAR the most effective thing I've used to treat my chronic sore muscles
The Theracane is by FAR the most effective thing I've used to treat my chronic sore muscles and knots across my middle and upper back!! I've tried heated vibrating pads, self massage, massage therapists, a chair pad with those circular rollers, and those patches that heat up when you apply them to your skin.

Absolutely nothing compares to this. I've had chronic pain for probably 10 years, and just in the few days I've had this, I am so impressed with its effectiveness. I have what feels like rocks between my shoulder blades and across the top of my back, and applying this pressure just really works them out, by applying direct pressure for several seconds to loosen the knot and then also using a small back and forth movement over the area.

I feel so much lighter after using it. And now I don't have to bother my boyfriend and try to convince him how much I really need a massage. :) I've been using it several times per day for about 5 minutes each time and I absolutely love it. WELL worth the money, I wish I would have known about it years and years ago!!
